Individual Training
At TFHF, we understand that some children need one-on-one attention whether they are an advanced athlete or just want to improve upon their general physical fitness and conditioning. Thus, we offer partner and individual training that is more personal and requires more attention placed upon requirements for your son or daughter. During our group training classes, we keep a minimum of 1 instructor per ten students. In the case of one-on-one or partner training, your child will have the attention of 1 fitness professional to improve their fitness level and reach their desired goals.
We offer individual or partner training starting at age 12 and above and in the following areas:
- General Youth Fitness
- Sports Specific Training Level 1
- Sports Specific Training Level 2
- Introduction to Strength Training
The skills that are covered in the individual and partner training are the same as for a group session. For a description of each course and the topics that are covered, please go to the Group Training page.
