What Makes TFHF Different?

There is a lot of information floating around the internet, written in magazines, spoken by people, and broadcasted on television that addresses health and fitness.  Where can you turn?  Who can help you sort through what is myth and what is fact?  TFHF can help you.  We are a health and fitness company that specializes in helping adults and children reach their goals in various areas of self-improvement.  There are a lot of different ways out there to reach your goals and get help doing it.  What makes us different?  Why should you contact a TFHF trainer to train you, prepare your team for the game, or speak to your employees about the importance of exercise?  Read below and you will see the TFHF difference!

Experience

TFHF founders Andy and Chris have over 12 years of combined experience in personal training, sports conditioning, biomechanics, youth fitness, and corporate wellness coaching.  We pride ourselves on our own continuing education in order to keep up with the latest information.  We have completely immersed ourselves in the health and fitness industry.  We understand that no single program will work for everyone and we continuously work with our clientele to determine what works and what doesn’t work for them.  We understand that all information is good information and there are no bad exercises or plans, just bad application.  Our experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels, and groups of all sizes will enable us to help you reach your goals in the most efficient way possible.  This organic process allows your program to evolve as your skills and needs develop.

Training Philosophy

At TFHF, we have several different tools to choose from and different training methods to work with.  To us, it is all about focus.  Whether that means focusing on our client’s goal, or teaching a client to focus on a particular movement pattern, we stress the importance of mind/body awareness and focus in everyday life.  Our exercise regiments and choices are proven to be successful if applied correctly, and that is where we come along.  We focus on making sure each and every participant of a training program or wellness course gets personal attention when needed and understands what we are teaching them.  The main goal of our training is to pass on the knowledge we have accumulated to our clients so they can fully understand the importance of focus in an effective training regimen.  We draw our training philosophies from many different areas, but unite them into one, complete package that is unique to goals and individuals. 

Flexibility and Mobillity

TFHF will come to you!  We are currently working on a first-class training facility in the northern New Jersey area, but that will not change our focus on traveling to those who need us most.  We understand the difficulties of working long hours, raising children, and finding time to exercise and regulate your nutrition.  Therefore, TFHF will make sure we eliminate all of the time constraints we can by coming to your home, office, or school and helping you find the time to change your life.  We have access to numerous different training methodologies and pathways to success.  We also have partnered and work with some very successful nutritionists, doctors, athletes, trainers, and other health and wellness junkies that aid us in our flexibility to reach out to all populations and people.
