Classes at The Club Wrestling School

Total Focus Health and Fitness (TFHF) is joining forces with The Club Wrestling School.  This course serves as an introduction to strength training and covers skill development in:
  • Proprioception and balance
  • Motor skill development
  • Multi-planar movement
  • Strength development
  • Running mechanics
  • Cardiovascular development
  • Speed and Agility Skills
  • Social development and teamwork
Classes are for ages 13 and up.  All ability levels are welcome.  The sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays at 8pm and are limited to 15 students.  Contact the TFHF crew or Dominic Dellagatta (The Club Wrestling School 201-391-7997) to reserve your spot or get more information.
